No Computer For 4 Days
My computer kind of exploded Saturday morning and I've been without internet since. I'm at the library now. Couldn't post earlier because I couldn't remember my password. Thanks Mark for sending it. I've missed the TC! Hopefully I'll have my computer back late tomorrow. There's so much wrong with it. He said after he's finished with it it will be faster than it was when it was new. Anyway, the big news is that I have been asked to take my friend's five moth old Westie puppy. They just weren't prepared for a terrier puppy! They're decided she has to go. They've given me first chance at her but another lady wants her if I don't take her. If she was 2 or 3 years old I'd grab her. But with my health issues and everything else going on I'm just not sure if I can handle a wild little Westie pup. Have to make a decision in the next day or two. My half hour on the library comuter is up so gotta go.

I'm so glad to hear from you! We missed you! I am sorry to hear about your computer. Mine went down a couple of years ago and they fixed it better than new--hope they do the same for yours. Exciting about the puppy, but I know what a big responsibility it is. They really keep you hopping. Is it potty trained? That is the hardest part. After about the first year, things calm down a pretty good bit--atleast it did for my girls. I know how it is though. It is almost like having a little baby. A big decision to make for the best of you and the puppy.
Take care of yourself and again good to hear from you.
Waiting for some more stories about Chester and his boxes and other adventures.

Charleen, I'm sorry to read about your computer. I'm glad they'll fix it so that it will run so well. I know you've had problems with it running so slowly.
Take the puppy for awhile.
See if you can't handle her and if you can't, there's someone waiting to take her. Hopefully, she's potty trained already.

We have missed you.......WOW, I'd be mighty tempted to swoop right on in and take the puppy. He's already 5 months old..........Can't wait to hear how this comes out. I have the feeling Chester and Joy are getting a new baby brother. Let us know.....you may have to go back to the library if you don't have your computer within the next couple of days....please, we won't be able to stand the wait.

Charlene, Since we've been around my sister's 4 month old yorkiepoo I can relate to what you're reservations are. When Elliot isn't feeling well, he will warn several times then nip at any little puppy (or kid)that won't leave him alone. He is very tolerant when he feels well. After 5 days of seperating Chewy and Elliot except for playtime they are getting the hang of the routine. Chewy isn't being so persistant with him and Elliot is feeling better and is tolerating Chewy more. At the progress they are making, things should be fine within another week. What I'm trying to say is, after a couple of hectic weeks, your pups should be settled down with a new addition.
Has Joy and Chester met this pup yet?

I've never had to be without my webtv so feel for you not being online.
A puppy is so cute, but I know the work and sleep loss that goes with them. the first 2 years are a lot of work. too bad the little girl must get used to living in another family. they obviously didnt research the breed.
