what colors? Vote for this post

Charleens post about new collar and leash for Paco got me to thinking:  Do you put certain colors on your puppers?  Buster gets either light or dark blue.  I get green or purple.  I look especially good in orange, but mom can't find an orange harness.  If anyone sees one, let us know.  What colors do you wear?

Maggie wore purple for 6 years, but had to switch to lime green recently. I couldn't find a new purple collar - her harness is still purple. She has assorted seasonal bandanas.
Caesar is macho in his black collar and/or harness. He wears a bandana that's black with white skull and crossbones on it. He also has camo bandana, and one with a motorcycle with flames.

I'm sure I saw purple ones at our store.  I could sure send you one if you want.   PM me. Not likely that it will be the same purple as your leash though.

Thanks bunches!! (Not that I want to wear my harness, but I know it is my "travel" outfit, so I don't really mind)

I like red too but that was Nana's colour so I retired that one. So Skye wears blue and Higgins black. It's hard sometimes if I want to get matching collars that have those colours in it but we manage

I highly recommend these collars - we get the martingale style and the boys have never gotten out of them and believe me, Higgins has tried! Plus money goes to rescue. We've bought two sets, one with snowflakes and another with Canada on it.

Connor has a turquoise collar, harness and leash.  I like red also but that was Mac's color so I had to get something different.

Funny how we associated certain colours with our pups. I could never have given the boys red, as much as I liked it on Nan because that was just her colour.

I like red and the best on Gracie but she has an extensive collar wardrobe and all colors look good on her. I usually have to change them out once a week because they get so dirty. Since she's not on leash much I usually just grab the blue one.

Princess Zoe is pink, of course.  We've always liked green on Tucker.

Here are the colors of the club.

Bailey - Red
Tuffy - Purple
Shayla - Green
Kaylee - Pink

We went to using colors to ensure we got the right walking harnesses on the right dog, since they all have a different body build

The girls use to wear neon pink then I changed to white but last night I ordered three soft pink. They have also worn purple and red. I get the collars from Lucky Pet with their name and my cell phone# embrodried on it. The phone# saved them once so I stick to that brand. They are heavy weight with a metal buckle and elastic strap to hold the free edge. I plan to have them microchipped but I will still use this brand of collar. Maggie needed one with her name. I keep the color the same on all but it might be smarter to use an identifying color.

Levi dark blue Pupia Moshe red.


Collars : Moshe turquoise with dolphins and Levi a Bordeaux with light blue. With matching leases


We also have a bright turquoise with a silver in it and red. also with matching leases.


Than red and blue collars with leases but we do not like those as well.

Nimby has a red and a green collar from Dear Felicity..both Lupines and Ellies has a slack  Black half choker and Emma has a Leather and Brass half choker...The choker never gets pulled on Ellie  and its slck but its very light and thats what she likes as she has a couple of wee lumps on her neckline so it does not irritate her. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
