Rescue Vote for this post

I am a volunteer for Western pa. Westie rescue. I am going to pick up a Rescue tomorrow. I do not have all the info on him. Only thing I know, family has 2 kids, can not afford the 7 yr. old westie and want him out. Feel bad for him, but he will find love here. Will update when I know more info.

We have all fingers and paws crossed Linda....we will look for update on this wee boy...our Andrew is about 7 now and we got him from a rescue group over here in UK,if they had not got him on the friday he would have been PTS!!..we love him dearly...although NimbySue here plays him up as being a bit of a monkey...which he can be!!LOL!......we hope you get the boy out and if not suitable for you then sure he will be given a loving forever home for the rest of his life bless him....Hugs Anniexxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks for the support! I fostered a dog last month, senior westie with bad skin issues. With the right family and meds, JJ is in his loving forever home. They sent me a message on how much they love him and what a blessing he is. All good❤️❤️❤️❤️
I hope the new foster has a happy beginning. I fostered a dog before JJ. His name was Rocky. I adopted him one month after I brought him home. I was a foster failure.😏 But 2 weeks later, I found out he cancer of the colon. I had to let him go. Broke my heart.

The woman who is picking him up at the house where he is talked to them. She told me that they did not take the dog to the vet, not sure where his records were. My question is - did he get his shots?
Not sure this is going too good. I am going to call the head guy about this.

Always saddens me to hear that people no longer want their dogs. Will be relieved once he is in your care. Please give him a hug for me. Drive safely.

Well, more information on this guy. Turns out he isn’t neutered and shots are iffy. This poor boy is going to have a lot done to him. What I am worried about, wonder if he is really sick. Oh my. I just have to take one day at a time.
