The Blind Westie Halo Vote for this post

Hi, My Westie (Mister Beasley ) is a member here for sometime but has not posted in a while. We found a great product for Westies or any Dog that is going or IS blind.
Mister Beasley is now 13 and a half and completely blind in one eye. the other one is "going" . I saw this  (Muffin's halo) advertised on line and followed the directions and sure enough I picked out the right Halo for Mister Beasley.
He is 22 pounds and normal Westie size so I chose a Large.

I believe my picture of him wearing it might be added to the Site after sending it here from my email. but in the meantime check out  the Manufacturer. I paid a hundred dollars for it. I realize that this is the most important thing to give to My Mister Beasley to assist him at the same time introducing him to this halo every day by letting him walk around wearing it. Who has a Terrier that does not enjoy looking like a Pretty Boy or girl. Well I am adding the picture and hope you find it helpful to you. Just look up the website and you will also be amazed at this clever disability outfit.

Hi Mr Beasley!!!!

Glad to hear from you again.

We saw  this on tv a while ago and it looked very interesting.

So glad he has something to help him get around safely.

Thank you so much for adding to my comment. It has been awhile since I have been writing on the forum but I have been peeking in now and then to get ideas and see Newbies and read "chatter" from the Westie Lovers.

I have so many pictures because Well everyone knows that nothing speaks better than pictures.A little book was done recently with a coupon from Shutterfly for memories to have so for Mommy.
It's not to say I have not been without my issues healthwise. I do have a few lumps on my one paw. the doctor said we need to measure and watch those.Oh yeah I get a little pimple or old age thingie now and then but Mom takes care to watch when she combs me.
Mom has learned how to groom me and she is a good "Stripper" This makes the new hair grow in healthy and she cuts off the hairs that kind of get snagged together. See, Mom does not believe in Groomers any more.
My first year was expensive with the veterinarian and it turned out those fancy sprays and rinses were the problems. I eat a special diet and have special bisquits. Mom and Dad know the secret I guess to a good coat. its called Mommy wash me hereself..haha. Thanks all for everything.
With love Mister Beasley
