Floppy Ears
Hi Folks, I`m a newbie to the site, and waiting for my Photo to be loaded, I am a 5mth Westie by the name of Rosie, and I have a brother named Prince who lives with my Auntie, he has lovely sticky up ears, but mine just flop over, why????

Re: Floppy Ears
they should come to stick up eventually...I don't remember how old Greta was when hers finally stood straight up, but for a while she had one that would stand up, and one flopped over...it was so funny!

Re: Floppy Ears
I would think that by five months they should be up. Our Daisy's were up when we got her at eight weeks, and our Sissy's were up by twelve weeks. You might try trimming the hair off them to see if that helps. We'll look forward to seeing her photo. xxxBetty and the Girlies...

Re: Floppy Ears
You're all different...they may end up popping right up but I'm sure you're much loved regardless of your ears !!! XXX.

Re: Floppy Ears
Oh thats right, she is loved, and will be loved whether they stand up or not, that makes her unique anyway.

Re: Floppy Ears
I think they are usually up by 5 months but you just might give your mom a big surprise soon. Chloe and Percy

Re: Floppy Ears
Jasmine's ears were up almost overnight. She was about 10 weeks old when they perked up. If you notice in her picture here, they have not come up yet. Right after that photo, they did. It will happen.
