Darcy The Rescued Cairn
This wee boy was just pulled from a shelter in Nebraska. He had been found wandering the fields as a stray...Eileen, Chester and Macs' mum, saved him.
She's looking after him, but AJ thinks he has a new home.
A happy ending !!! Well done, Eileen !!

Oh my, what a darling!! he is just sooooooo cute. How could anyone just let him go? Or, if lost, not continue to look for him? Ooooo, I want another puppy!!! He would have great home here. Hope he gets the best home, he is just so loveable.

Ce Ce and Tony will provide a WONDERFUL home for this little guy......
Let's hope he gets to join the Terrier Club.....
Let's here it for little rescued Darcy.....They just said "Good Bye" until later to Guido....their 15 1/2 year old Carin who is waiting at the Rainbow Bridge. There has been an empty spot in their hearts... Now that void is going to become filled by the adoption of this little Carin boy who was so in NEED of a family like Ce Ce and Tony.
They have ALOT of LOVE to give!!!

Thanks for all the great comments! AJ has done a great job of finding a forever home for Darcy!!! He is just the best little guy!! Eats good, plays with Chester, (Mac just tolerates him ;), and doesn't hardly bark! He loves to follow me around everywhere. Such a wonderful dog after such a journey to us! His new momma is sooooo excited to get him tonite! John and I are meeting them and we will be tearful when he has to go, but we plan on seeing them from time to time since they don't live that far!! That is the BEST news!!!

Actually....It was our very own Westie Rescue of Missouri Angel, Kim, who contacted me to get ahold of CeCe...in Omaha (Bellevue) It was just a matter of great timing..Ce Ce had expressed interest in Carter, the Carin who I had pulled from the Council Bluffs along with Wendy...
I do think there is a master plan that helps us find wonderful loving homes for these sweet babies in need!!!
Eileen jumped on the release of Darcy immediately....& did a wonderful job getting him in tip top shape to be adopted!!!
All in less than a week!!!

I just got an email from CeCe, Darcy's new adoptive Mommie!!!
I told her to check out the Terrier Club and all of the excitement about Darcy being adopted by she and her husband Tony!!!
Darcy will be called Luigi!!!!
Be looking for a post from a NEW MEMBER!!!
Luigi is going to join the Terrier Club!!!
ARRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOO!!!!
CeCe has been shopping for their new little Carin Rescue & cannot wait to hear the pitter patter of his cute little paws in their home!!!
Happy beginning of a wonderful journey in his young life to find happiness in a forever loving home by parents who WANT HIM so much!!!
Eileen has truely been his Guardian Angel!!!!

Hi, I'm Cece and I am Luigi's mom. We have had a wonderful day. Eileen,John, Chester and Mac put in our arms and hearts the most loveable Luigi last night. Thank you Eileen for your special love for Luigi. AJ thank you for making this possible. Luigi has brought much joy to both Tony and me. Tony lives in a Care Facility because he has MS. This little guy has made him so very happy. He even calls to say hi to the dog. The residents are also very happy to have a new friend. They were going nuts all day pampering Luigi. AJ calls him the Care Facilities little Mascot. I will keep you updated! The little guy is even potty trained! Yeah!!!!!
