Happiness exceeds sadness
Hi everyone I just wanted to put into words how I felt this morning,I take the furkids into the fields and Eric potters out and does a poopy and then he potters back to the gate and wants to go back to the house and garden...I am almost in tears each time..knowing he can see Emma and Ellie running around and doing what in his younger days he would do,and now he has not the energy.
I take him back home and let him back in to the house and garden then go back to Emma and Ellie and continue round all the fields and hedgerows...Ellie is like a little gazelle leaping around and chasing after Emma,the joy on her little face to be running free with the sun shining and the breeze flowing through her fur and as she gallops around then stops and rolls in the grass and off she goes again....The pleasure and happiness they give watching them at these times exceeds the sadness.
