Athena's puppies did not make it
Sadly, foster mom reports that none of Athena's puppies have survived :'( let's be thankful that Athena survived and will NEVER have to go through this again. She is safe and will be loved for the rest of her days.

Oh no! I am so glad she is with someone who will love her and help HER through the loss too--as well as her recovery.

Oh dear, so sad for little Athena. But we are indeed grateful that she will never be in this pain again. We pray for her and the little ones who have ventured to Rainbow Bridge.
How is little Athena doing herself? We hope she is ok, and send lots of love.

We're so sad to hear this...but thankfully Athena will never go through this again. We know the puppies will be welcomed by many wonderful TC angels. Could you please ask the foster mom if she could give Athena hugs from us;

I'm so sorry for Athena and her foster mom. You both worked so hard at this and I know you must feel crushed, but thankfully Athena was in good hands and will be okay. Kaaren, you did a fabulous job in all you did for her. Also, I think the pups are in a much better place than in a puppymill.

Poor Athena had just given all she had to give. I know it was hard on the foster Mom, but Athena will be able to gain her strength back faster and get on with her life. So sad....

How sad ... I was really hoping that at least one would make it. Thankfully, Athena is OK. My heart goes out to her foster Mom.

So sad to hear this, but to echo the others, very glad that Athena will never have to go thru this again. She is in good hands and I pray that she will get a wonderful forever home full of love and care. We will light a candle for her and her babies that are over the bridge.
