Corrine, is there a Cairn rescue rep in NE Florida? I live near Jacksonville, and am thinking of perhaps adopting a Cairn.

Col Potter is nationwide. We do have some members in FL.. but we do all our applications etc from a central organization. For example, I'm in MD, and only meet folks who are getting jobs either doing a home visit, a transport, or talking to the potential forever home about my fosters - after they have been approved to adopt.
If you are interested in getting a dog from Col Potter - you dont have to pick one in FL.. we do work with transporting a dog there - but there are costs involved.
if you've seen our list or Faces of Rescue, you can also see we have dogs that havent made it to the webpage yet. Generally this is because they are new, or need further evaluation.
Please, if you are interested in a Col Potter dog, put in an application, and we will work thru all the steps with you.
OH... and our front page has changed now to include the coins for cairns, faces of rescue AND our Memorial Garden.

Rose - go into the Col. Potter web site and all the dogs that are available are pictured there. You can also put in an application if you are interested.
