Westie in OKC

Saw this today on PetFinder - I'm new to rescue referals so not sure how to do this - She doesn't look like a mix to me, looks like all Westie, but all you can see is her head. This is a shelter with about a 60% kill rate.
Can someone help/look into it?
Thanks, Laura

West Highland White Terrier Westie Mix

Notes: Angel is a 7 month old westie mix. very perky and playful, but still a bit anxious if we reached toward her too quickly. Angel is very stressed in the shelter environment, and we hope that she doesn't have to stay too long. But, this youngster may have been mistreated, and she needs a very patient, kind person to give her the time and attention she needs. Angel will weigh about 12 pounds when full grown.

Glad to know its a good shelter - I haven't been around long enough to know good from bad and don't really know how things work. Just saw a desperate look on a sweet face.
Thanks, Laura

I don't KNOW it is but the fact they're not euthanising and I think they offered training classes so they must care.

It is ALWAYS good to point out just in case a pup is missed! And getting them out of even a nice shelter is the goal anyway. So, please keep reporting--more eyes make it better for each little pup!
