I understand the ones from the puppy mills, but I will never understand people turning in dogs to a vet to be euthanized for absolutely no reason!! I can tell how much the dogs are loved by their foster families. Foster families are comprised of very, very special people!! I almost, not quite, feel sorry for the people who are missing out on the love of the dogs they turned in for no reason.
