I work in Belton, Missouri, my co-worker found a male Westie or a Carin this weekend which looks to have some skin problems. A rescue is needed!!!! She said that if I canot get a rescue for it, she will have to take it to the sheltar in Clinton, where she lives, which is a kill sheltar. Unfortunately, I cannot take him home with me.
