Would you consider allowing a rescue to take your Cairn in? They will see that all his medical needs are taken care of and will make sure the home he goes to is check out completely.
Please do consider this option. Its the very best one for your pet. :)

Yes, Angie is right - if you care about your dog enough to find the best possible home and it isn't yours, rescue might be the answer. However Cairn Rescue will NOT buy your dog. But we would be glad to help if you would consider surrendering your dog instead.
