Hi all! I met someone who wants to adopt a dog, any dog, but it must be one that is going to be put to sleep. He wants to save a life, literally. I have heard you mention this Col. Potter... anyone have a link? Thanks.

The Dewey Animal Shelter in Nevada is a high kill shelter. Their website shows pictures of all the dogs they have along with the dates they arrived. Right now they have one listed as a Terrier that looks like it might be a Westie/Lhasa mix.
