Sweet Potato Chips
Cover cookie sheet with foil and coat with Canols oil.
Slice sweet potato in thin uniform slices.
Spread on cookie sheet, and turn over to coat with oil.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turn and bake for 10 more or until golden brown.
Good for everyone!! and so yummy.
