Muddy Paws
Ok the snow is gone. The temp is warmer. Now we have mud everywhere. I am sick of mopping. How do you keep the floors clean with five sets of muddy paw prints. My floors will never be the same.

Re: Muddy Paws
Hello Belinda
Here is what we do when the nice dry earth is changed to Oklahoma muddy wet nasty clay. Ella and I keep old towels by the door and when it is time for our pups to come we let them come in one at a time, get them to sit. We wipe off the front paws have them stand then wipe off the back paws.
We also have a large mat outside the door they have to walk across before getting inside.
Hope that helps

Re: Muddy Paws
We only have Maxwell but what we do is to put a towel down on the floor at the door so he has to stand on it on the way in

Re: Muddy Paws
We have a mat outside the door that says "Wipe your Paws" and little William stands there and wipes and wipes his feet on that mat before he comes in..it is so very funny to watch him especially once you know what the mat says. The rest of the crew come across the mat and that does help, but William really does it very well!
