Last Day of Camp
OK, so we sounded reveille at 5 a.m., as promised, and would you believe some of the kids just rolled over and put their heads under their pillows? Spoiled!!! Anyway, we sounded again at 5:05, and every five minutes after that until everybody --- the entire neighborhood -- was awake. then we heard this noise that was all too familiar --- police sirens --- they came and took us away for disturbing the peace! Unfair! They ought to take away all the roosters, too!
Anyhows, Fairy Godfather and Rags came down to the precinct and bailed us out and we were back in time for breakfast---the squirelly pancakes are NOT to be missed!!!!
We don't want camp to end --- we have had so much fun. Mom says that if FGM is sick of us all, we can have camp at our house next summer to give her a break.
We can't wait to see what's on the schedule for today. FGM has kept it secret and Ragsy ain't talking. We even tried to bribe her, but no, she won't talk. Must be good stuff, then!!!
Mom and Dad, we will be home tomorrow morning bright and early, barring any more visits from the coppers!!!! (Who invited them anyway?!?!?)
On to the day!!!! Let's get moving guys and gals!!!
