Last Day
Friday Morning:
Remember how Reg and Roo were bugling early this morning? Right, they are still sleeping. The 3 cases of Sam Adams arrived yesterday, need I say more? Supples are runnig low, so we are combining all leftover squirrel meat, yogurt, noodles and anything else I can find to make giant casseroles for today. These puppies can really eat, you know, all the fresh air and activity.
This morning we will have several stations set up for crafts, so the kids can bring some pressies home for the folks.
Kelsy and Furby will be in charge of the macaroni necklaces, they will hand out the gold string for threading the macaroni and also make sure that nobody eats the macaroni!
Misty will be in charge of mud pawprint plates. She has collected my best mud from the yard and she will have the dogs put one paw in and then sign their name, then the Oregon Girlies will carefully scoop the mud plates up and run them into the house to fire them in my oven. That should smell good, roast mud!
The R Gang are in charge of popsicle stick picture frames. Lucky for us, they ate all the popsicles last night. Rudy, who figured out how to use my digi, will take everybodies picture and then Rainey and Rose will come inside and print them on my computer, Ralph and Rocky will help get the pictures into the frames.
Reg and Roo are hosting an autograph and farewell party in the pup tent. ED is really mad that he has to say good-bye since he just got here. Stuart and Eddie went to the Dollar Store and bought autograph books for everybody.
Buddy, Emmie, and Kip seem to be writing a camp newspaper, telling of all the activities and romances. That should be good!
Eric and Emma are giving more carty rides and dear Faith is right by Eric's side every minute. They took great care of each other. Toby and Ellie seem to be quite the wild pair, hope Annie and John love their new hairdos, Ellie was not to be outdone by Eric's Mohawk, so she got herself a trihawk.
Petey and the Petettes are recording all the camp songs and giving everybody a complimentary CD to take home.
The FGF and the FGM are pretty tired and looking forward to a quiet weekend. I hope everybody has great stories to tell when they get home!

Good thing it is the last day,I have to go home and go camping with mom and Dad.Im missing my bed.Buddy and i have worked things out.I still love him and i knew in my heart he never did those things Kip said he did.I can't blame her for wanting Buddy he is quite the man,and Kip she is a alright girl once i got to know her for a Carin that is.I love you Buddy and had fun camping with you .Your Emmie

AAUUUGGGHHH!!! And here I am in my birthday suit and everything!! Have a Moonpie, y'all! At least it's a sweet ending to what looked like a wonderful time! Thanks for setting it up, FGM. dollface says she'll pay more attention next year. (Yeah, right! I love 'er, but I swear, she can't chew gum and think at the same time!)
