Petey for the absent DJay

Well, journal...I promised DJay to write a couple of lines for him while he is gone. Talk about quiet around here. We are all catching up on our sleep.
Our day started out the usual way...outside, potty, come back inside. DJay started to chase us all around. I grabbed a couple of toys and hid them from him. Pretty soon we heard Annabel hollaring...DJay, STOP...and here came DJAy carrying a roll of toilet paper with Annabel chasing him and hollaring at him. She finally caught him in Angela's room and wrestled the roll out of his mouth. I heard Mom let out a big sigh and said...Petey, he is just like you...uh excuse me...I didn't do anything like that...nope...I just shredded the evidence on the spot, so I wouldn't get caught...thank you very much...I'm smarter than that!!!!
Well, journal...I'm heading for a nap. I'll write in you later after I hear how the little tornado is doing.

OOPS...I meant to write...Day 6
am I bad or what...omg...I'll have to use white out. See how tired the tornado has us??? Oh well.

I'mmmmmm Baccckkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!
What a day I had today, journal! Everything was fine when I got up this morning. I helped Annabel get ready for school. I even helped her pack her backpack. I got her a roll of this really thin paper stuff...never know when it might come in handy...I was carrying it when all of a sudden she was yelling at me to drop it...what?...so I took off running...I thought she was in a hurry for school. Well she was running with me. We got to Angela's room and she wrestled me for the roll of paper! Geez...I was going to give it to her...couldn't she wait a minute. Mom just sighed...what did I do now?! Well Annabel left for school and Mom picked me up. She got Angela up and we went out the front door...oh goody, I was going for a ride...NOT!!!! It was a decoy...Mom told me about tutoring...Oh No!!...I couldn't believe my little ears. I wanted to run for help...but I couldn't escape fast enough.
We pulled up at THAT place...Mom picked me up and we went inside. She handed me to one of THEM. Then Mom left...I was so sad...I lost my Mom...the lady took me and put me in a cage. I was so scared...now what is going to happen? Pretty soon another lady came and got me. She carried me into this room and there HE was...the vet...I was shaking...the vet came with this very sharp and pokey thing...No way was I going to let him near me...I tried so hard to get away...I fought them...but they called for help...one of them held my backend and the other one held my frontend...and the vet stuck me with that sharp thing. Oooooooo...I felt so sleepy...I took a nap.
When I woke up I hurt so much and I was in that cage again. I could hardly lift my head...but I smelled something...something yummy...FOOD! So I struggled to get up...I was hungry. I just remembered that Mom didn't feed me last night. So I ate it all gone...and that one lady came back and said what a good boy I was. She said my Mom called and she was coming to get me...What??!!! Mom didn't leave me...Yiiipppeeeee...I laid down and took a nap. Before I knew it...they were carrying me away from my cage...I looked up and there...was my MOM!!!! I wiggled my tail and she took me in her arms and gave me all kind of kisses. We got out to the van and I rode in her lap all the way home. Boy, was I ever glad to see that house! Dad and Annabel were home and I was so happy to see them. Mom put me in the recliner with Dad and told me to rest. I did. Mom had to run an errand so I took a nap. When I woke up Dad took me outside. There was Mom coming home...so I peed and then we went inside...I couldn't go up the steps so Mom let me use the ramp. I got inside and felt better...so much so...I gave Mom her favorite present...but she didn't tell me outside this time...she picked it up and put it in a baggie...something about she wanted to give this one to the vet...whatever...I didn't think the vet should have one of my presents. I started to zoom and Mom told me no...humpf...I laid down for awhile....I had a good evening...I played with some toys and dragged some shoes around...all Mom could say was...heeeeeee'sssssss baaaaacccckkkkkkk!!!!
Nighty night, journal...I'll see you in the morning...what a day!!!!
