The Great White Hunters...
We have been very busy outside in our jungle(backyard). We chop down sticky weed(and make sure we bring some of it back in for our Mom), we dig holes, and we bring our prize in to Mom. Yup, we have found 2 little black critters and they have long snouts. They weren't hard to catch...they had squishy looking eyes. Well, one we left outside for Mom. She just looked at it and went in and got our Dad. He came out and threw it away! So we went out and found another one. Only this time we brought it in the house...hehehehe...Annabel came in the kitchen and started hollering that it wasn't a turd...well, duh, we knew that. Mom couldn't figure out what the heck she was talking about. So in came Mom and there was our prize. She just laughed and called it a mole. Then she threw it away! Now we ask you...what good is it to catch your Mom a critter, if all they are going to do is throw it away???!!! AND, Annabel felt sorry for it and told us...no no?!

We need to get together. We have this possum that keeps invading our yard. We always know when it's out there even if we are inside. We think it's on it's way to the neighbors to eat dog food. Well it's shortcut is coming to an end real soon. Our Mom is setting the trap. Good hunting! It's a good thing to do because it helps keep Mom on her toes.

hmmm..... sounds like your mom is much calmer than ours when you bring her presents. Our mom always yells for dad 1st then makes us go inside. Mom got really upset a while back when I brought her just the hind end of a rabbit. I got that in the house. Boy you should have heard her yelling for dad on that one. He went out and thought he cleaned up the rest of it but didn't know I had hid a front leg. So I brought that in and jumped up on the couch and dropped it in his lap. He didn't get as upset, just shook his head and then threw out my present. The nerve. Guess they don't like rabbits so will have to find a different vermit to bring them.

I would have DIED if rabbit parts were gifted to me!!! I can't help but laugh when it happens to SOMEBODY ELSE tho!!

I caught. played with and killed twoof them moles at grandpa's 2 summers ago. it was fun....

Moles and possums are just too creepy for me! I'm so glad I haven't had to deal with deceased ones...the live ones are bad enough!

We didn't see this sooner boy our mom would not like animal parts brought to her.. she doesn't even like the whole animal brought to her!!! you get to have way more fun!
