The Big Apple
Hi friends!
Kat and I are in New York, as she had to take care of a friend in hospital. Never mind that - We have gone for a bunch of walks, and I met Belle, a westie, who was adorable. Her Dad was on the cell phone and drinking coffee so they couldn't spend much time with us. Then we met Dolcie, another westie, who was also very sweet, her mom was on the cell phone and drinking coffee so they couldn't spend much time with us. Then we met another westie, don't know if it was a boy or girl, who was dressed in a Louis Voiton (sp! I don't speak french, how could I spell that?) collar and a Burbury raincoat, and since I am a country girl, with a wooly coat they didn't seem to want to spend time with us. It's been raining since we got here and I don't like walking around in the rain, but there are so many great things to smell I can barely walk!
We just came back from the go to bed walk when I met Max, a Westie, who is so handsome, and we really enjoyed each other then a corgie named Deacon came to play with us. Max had some children with him who thought I was grand, of course. Deacon was a puppy so Max and I didn't much care about him. I am pooped! no pun intended! We are going to be here one more day and I don't know if I can take too much more of this.
Kat says one of the most dangerous things in New York is a person with a dog on a retractible leash, talking on a cell phone while drinking coffee and smoking. She said, Think about it . . .
I've missed you all, and send sweet nose kissses to all who want them.

Good to hear from you. I was wondering where you both were. How bizarre they'd rather be on their rotten old cell phones than making friends-their loss !!

Hi there, will you still be in NY this weekend? I will be there near 5th Avenue if you want some attention from a nice two-legger who loves terriers! I rarely use my cell phone, I don't drink coffee or smoke and I have nice long fingernails for skritching!

Wow Weezie! Sounds like you and your Mommy are having a wonderful time in NYC. We wondered where you were! Seems like there are alot of westies there...hhhmmmmm,keep your eyes open, you may just see my sweet Emma. She lives in NYC.
Glad you are having so much fun. Did you take any pictures?
