Think I will ride the rails

My grandfather's house in Ohio was right by the train tracks! A train always went by at midnight...my first night there I would always jump out of my skin but every night after that I would sleep through it! He's been gone now for five years and every now and then I hear a train and have good memories.

Head West young man. When you are here be careful to not bump into some of these on the piers. They sure stink but everyone loves them. They have let them take over the piers that use to be used for boat moorings. Money making - brings in the tourists.

Hello Djay,
Looks like you are on another fun adventure.We like all the train pictures . My golly us desert dogs have no passenager train near by us.They are in the city. We would have to travel all the way to LA. Thats a long way for our little legs.
But we do have a station for freight that comes though our town.We hear the trains at night.We will have to be very careful and creep on an empty boxcar.
We will let you know if we make it to LA soon.
Come on WIllie Emily we have to get a move on.

let's go, we're on the way and can't wait for the trip, if one comes thru North Carolina, mom says we have to stop on Saturday.
all us terriers can stay ovewr night and party with her so she won't be alone on her birthday.
she'll even treat us that day.
so make sure thats wehre we are headed on sat. ok?
be there soon, Furby has no sense of direction when there are girls around.

We found a box to hide away in when we get on to the freight car.
Its a tight fit but I think we can do it.
