A yummy treat!
Here's one for you sweet tooths!
4 oz lowfat cream cheese
1/2 c applesauce, no sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 c whole wheat flour
Mix all ingredients and kneed on a floured surface to 1/2in thick. Cut with cookie cutter of choice. Place on non-stick cookie sheet.
Bake 20 min. Turn off oven and let cookies sit in oven 1 to 2 hrs to harden.
Store in air tight container in fridge. Freezes great.
These smell really good when baking! And don't taste that bad either!

Oops! I missed the part about letting them sit in the oven to harden! Oh well, they still were a hit with the girls!
