A 4-wheeling weekend
Now there are two of us, Dad had to figure a way for us to ride the 4-wheeler. Its not fancy, but the laundry basket works. We are secure and can't fall out. This is Buster's first ride. This is the ultimate in zooming!!

This is a picture of Dad's motorcycle group doing trail maintenance. Dad is third from the right. Can you see how steep it is and how narrow the trail? We aren't afraid. This trail goes from the mountains where we camped at about 6000ft elevation down to a nice sandy beach on the river at about 2000 feet. This area is a bit snakey (rattlesnakes), so mom watched us very closely.

We got very hot on the trail, so we enjoyed the river. The water was cold. Buster took a little nap in the sand.

Time to head back to camp. We zoomed so fast, most of the sand blew away.

It turned cold and we had to wear our coats in the morning. Buster doesn't have his own coat yet, so mom made me loan him my camping coat and I had to wear my much hated red winter coat. Its a sissy coat. We also went hunting squirrels every day. There must be millions of them! We are getting better about coming back, so mom let us off leash to hunt. Buster is such a suck-up! He always comes when mom calls. I take my time, unless I hear the 4-wheeler, then I come a runnin'. Hope you enjoyed our adventure.

Awesome!!!! You guys have the greatest adventures! It looks like you had lots of fun. We like the laundry basket seat---good idea. You certainly live in a beautiful place. We wish we lived closer to the mountains---we're about 7 hours away from the Smoky Mtns. All your pictures are great, but the last one is our favorite. It's our POW. Thanks for sharing your wonderful adventure with us :)

WOWWEE! Looks like you guys had a great time! that picuture of you two in the basket with the mountain in the background is wonderful! I gotta tell ya Fi -- you don't seem like the kinda chick that wears a sissy coat. You're all woman from what I can tell!

Wahoooooo ,what a great weekend you had we are jealous. It was hard to pick a picture but we also made the last one POW.
You two look so adorable in that basket.
What fun it must be on the 4 wheeler.
We also love the white sand it looks fantastic.

Wow! You two sure are rough and tumble ready to go terriers. You have some great adventures and the laundry basket four wheel ride looks like the perfect place for two terriers to sniff the breeze. It looks like you had lots of fun!
