Tuffy update
A while back I posted that one of the vets thought Tuffy was getting arthritis in her right rear hip. Well that diagnosis has bothered us. We put Tuffy on some supplements hoping to help her. Well to us it seems as if she was just getting worse in such short period of time. Today I took her to see her regular vet. Long story short Tuffy has a very bad luxating patella, it won't reset into the knee properly and will require surgery to fix. She is schedule for April 20, until then she will be on some pain killers to help.
We really like Tuffys vet. She called in the senior vet to verify what she had found since it would require surgery to fix. Surprising to me the vet office didn't even charge us for the office visit only the meds.
We will keep you all posted when the time comes for her surgery.

Katy had that surgery about a year and a half ago and she is doing great - she was just in the yard zooming tonight. Take care little Tuffy.

Poor little Tuffy--that has to be painful. We're glad that the Vet found out what was going on and we'll be keeping her in our prayers and watching for updates on her condition.

Oh no , poor Tuffy that must be so painful. So glad you found out what is wrong with her and we hope after the surgery she will heal very fast. We will keep her in our prayers.
