Sissy went to Bridge Vote for this post

Last Friday night sissy had some kind of stroke neurological event, Friday am her back legs and 1 front leg was nuckling she could just barley move. After 3 trips and phone calls to vets all they could do was guess.
This AM she could no longer stand to potty at 930 we helped her cross the Bridge
As they get older it is amazing just how quick everything falls apart.

I'm sorry you had to send Sissy to the Bridge
It is hard to see our pups loose their mobility
When Iver was older he broke his back and lost use of his back legs
I had to carry him outdoors to potty and poop
I had to reach under him and support him while he did his business

So sorry to hear this.  We send you our prayers and healing thoughts!!!  May Sissy run free and long across the bridge.  I'm sure that she was met by a large group of Westies and Cairns and feels right at home.

Such sad news, it sounds like the same thing that happened to my Sissy. It's so hard to let them go, but even harder to see them suffer. Our thoughts are with you, I will light the Girlies lamp for Sissy today.

Awwww Max, I am so sorry for your loss of your sister Sissy. Such a shame that the vets could not decide what had happened to her but your Dad and Mom very bravely made that difficult decision to end her pain and suffering.

I know you and your humans will miss her so very much, but now that she has crossed over that beautiful Bridge she is healthy and young again and she will be watching over you and your family on Angels wings until the day when you are all reunited.

I know your pain, no words will take that away, but we are here for you. Max, would you like to share some photos or stories of your adventures with Sissy? We would love to read them and it might help you too, remembering the good times.

Warm hugs, Theo
