Mark I need your help please???? Vote for this post

Every time I try to post I need to log in and fill out every post I use with Moshe & Levi.

It has never done this before this is a new computer why is it not saved?

I logged on yesterday too.

Did a box pop up and ask you to save the info? What browser are you using? Have you tried IE, Firefox and Chrome to see which is better? I don't know anything about Windows 10 so I'm no help there but the internet browsers are still the same. You can google the question or look at the browser help menu.

Thanks for wanting to help. I used Chrome before but will call THE Geek am unable to download iTunes. I get advice from Norton not to do it so will ask for help and also fing out what browser i have. Have not been using it much with Richard sleeping were my PC is.

Hi Yoka,

You are probably running "Microsoft Edge" which is the default browser with Windows 10. I've seen the same thing happen on one of my PCs when I tested the site in MS Edge if the TC is set as a homepage tab. It will usually login automatically if I click the banner graphic (top of page) to reload the TC main page and then return to the forum index.

If you still have issues, just switch to using IE11 (Internet Explorer) which is also available in Windows 10. I've had fewer issues with IE than with Edge.

If it happens again I will change the browser.. I had a Geek set things up for me. Still can't download my iTunes. Will call him for help.
