My landladies dear sweet dog Molly is missing Vote for this post

Yesterday someone dog napped poor Molly
Joe and Laurie called the sheriff yesterday
Today the deputy sheriff came by to take Joe's statement
Then the deputy sheriff told Joe that a witness saw Laurie's good friend Kevin
load Molly into his car and drive off
The deputies just went by Kevin's house a half hour ago but he wasn't home
They'll have him by 5 tonight.
Kevin is in big trouble for dog napping
and if he killed Molly he will go to jail for animal abuse
Washington state doesn't like animal abusers or puppy mills
In Washington state they throw the book at abusers and put them in jail for the maximum sentence
We are all hoping Kevin didn't kill Molly and that he will tell the sheriff where she is
He will still go to jail for dog napping.
From jail he won't be able to pay his mortgage and the bank will foreclose on him
When he gets out of jail he will have no money to buy a house
and will be forever gone from here, thank God
Please help us pray that Kevin didn't kill Molly and she will be returned safe and sound

All paws crossed here. I hope this story has a happy ending .I can't express how we cannot let our guard down for a second. If it was one of my furbabies he would have a good beating waiting when he gets out.

Love Sir William ^--^

Oh my, that's horrible! How could a friend do that to someone he's suppose to care about...I am praying that Molly will soon be home where she belongs and that Kevin gets what he deserves! Keeping Joe, Laurie and dear Molly in my thoughts and prayers.

Laurie's "good friend" did that?  We all need good friends like that.  NOT!  Why would Kevin kill her?  Guess I missed something.  Good thing he lives in Washington.  If he were in SD he would go scot free no matter what he did to Molly. Hope the ending is good.

More on the charges Kevin is facing Vote for this post Reply to this Message Reply with a quote

The sheriff called Joe this afternoon and told Joe
that in addition to dog napping he will face charges
for trespassing, breaking and entry and burglary.
All very serious felonies.
I know for a fact that Washington state will put Kevin in jail for dog napping
but even if they put him on probation like some friends of mine suggested
They will take the breaking and entry and burglary felonies very seriously
and put him in jail for that.

Thank you all for all your prayers.
The best I can figure is that for the 6 years I've lived here
that Kevin has come right into the house every day whether
or not Laurie is here.
Joe was a good friend of Kevin's
Joe was always fixing Kevin's cars for him and Kevin
inviting Joe to come in and have a beer with him
One night when Kevin and Joe were at Kevin's house
Laurie visited Kevin, saw Joe and fell in love with him on the spot
Subsequently Joe and Laurie became girlfriend and boyfriend
and eventually Joe moved in with Laurie.
I'm thinking that Kevin became jealous and angry at Joe
and took Molly to hurt Joe.
I can only hope and pray he hasn't killed Molly

Again thank you all for your prayers.
You all are such dear friends to me, thank you

What a horrible thing to happen. Your friend Laurie must be so very worried about her Molly.Sending good hopes that her dog is found and unharmed and back home with her soon. Very good the state of WA takes this crime seriously and I hope this Kevin is caught.

David,Has Molly been found? or what has Kevin told the Sheriff if they have interviewed him...what a terrible awful thing to happen...like you say maybe a jealousy thing gone on here but no need to involve the poor dog in it all...will look for updates and sending out Big Prayers and positive thoughts that Molly is found very soon and safe and reunited with her owners..Hugs Annie and Gang xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If they need someone to throw the switch, I'm available.

People who hurt defenseless beings, whether that be animals, babies, or the elderly, don't deserve to exist any further in my humble opinion. Anyone who can hurt someone who can't fight back needs to just be eradicated.

Yes I know that is a strong opinion, but there it is.
