Mollie and the Emu Vote for this post

I know Hannah and Kelsi would have been super excited to see it, not sure about Maddie and Izzy. Apparently Ryley barked. That's Mollie in the car looking out.

She's really checking it out! Emmie would have barked her head off--either that or she would have hidden her head! LOL

Wow what a find and great snap of the encounter Diana. I know my Maddie and Emily would have been barking and slobbering all over the window if they seen that.

Hannah and Kelsi and I used to walk past a paddock on the highway that had horses, one of the horses would come up to the fence and both of my girls would lick it on the nose, the horse would just stand there behind the fence, it was the funniest thing. As I grew up around horses and had my own years ago we always made a point of greeting the horse each time we went past.

Great picture Diana. My Caesar would be barking at it and trying to jump out the window! Louise, Caesar and Angel Murphy

I can't take credit for the photo this time as I wasn't there.

I do wonder how my own girls would react, might have to go over and check the emu out when we get a dry weekend.

I honestly have no idea what Allie would do. She's never seen anything "big" up close but dogs and people. She barks her fool head off at the deer and turkeys we have around our house, and both of those are big critters. But we don't actually get close to them either.

Great photo!!
