Theo, I've been wondering about Annie too. I'm hoping that the pills are helping and that no news is good news. Like you, I'm keeping the positive energy and prayers flying across the miles!
Love, Deb, Emmie, and Angel Kelsie

Oh Annie we are all to busy these days.  Stress can cause many problems for us.  I'm learning that the hard way too.  The doctor is right about "taking the foot off the throttle."  That can be harder said then done!!!!  Glad to hear your B/P is coming down.  Your on a good medicine but it takes time.   The upper number always comes down first, unfortunately the lower number is slower to respond  That takes more time.  Take care and Caesar says to tell Miss NimbySue to get her nursing skills going and help you relax!!!!!  Love Louise, Caesar and Angel Murphy

Good gracious....it sure sounds like a weekend away with the "family" is just what the doctor might have ordered.  I know how difficult it is when they tell you to "slow down" - that is easier to say than do.  We are who we are and be that as it may, one can't change what one has been all their lives.  I guess we have to stop every once in a while and talk to ourselves and say - hold on a second - I know I can do this but does it have to be done so quickly or right now?  The pills take time to do their magic so going away for a few days will certainly help.  My Mom used to say - a change is as good as a rest.  Enjoy your weekend and take care not to overdo.

Dear Annie I am so terrible sorry to hear your health troubles..

Sometimes you have to let things go Annie and take care of yourself first. Ypou know Peter and your pup's all need you to be around. Will keep you in my prayers Annie. I have low Blood pressure I guess that is why I had a black out my brain did not get any oxygen.  I check my blood pressure now often at home with a wrist meter.

I had to get back to work with all the expense here with Richard.  It is just  3 hours but they pay me well . Just did our Taxes that was hard but  I had good help they do it at our senior center and it is free. I quilt there also for Hospice. Hope you have Hobbies too to relax and hope and pray you get to feeling better.

Sending love over the pond to you.

Love,Yoka ,Levi ,Winter and angel Moshe

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply Annie. I am finding it so difficult to post... the words just don't seem to come to me when I need them, especially when it is an emotional subject to me. I'm relieved to hear your blood sugar and cholesterol are in a good range. I do hope your doctor will consider sending you for an MRI or CAT Scan to see what is causing the headaches.

Yoka mentioned hobbies, are you still doing your foxes?? I loved them so much, you are so talented and I am sure they would help bring in some income.

Enjoy your weekend in the peak district..... this is a really good idea and hopefully will ease your stress level. I hope Peter is giving you lots of good massages and Nimby and Rew giving you lots of cuddles, laughs and wet kisses

Keeping you in my thoughts and sending healing light,
hugs, Theo and Willie xoxox
