Hello all,Well we set out yesterday morning early all packed to stay away for a cuople of nights and go to a super one day rural show in the cotswolds which I had a stand at one year for my figurines,we wanted to see what the show was like again with view to maybe having stand next year...we went in Peters new secondhand car  as Andrew can see out of all windows in this one....I had upset my back bad on Thursday doing a lot of strimming at farm but Friday and yesterday morning were OK ...till about 1 hour into journey...round soo many traffic islands etc  and roads that my back got worse ,then about 10 miles away from show the car cut out and lost power!!..then started again..cuting a much longer story out I hobbled very slow at the show and we had the doggie carty also for the puppers when they wanted to rest thier paws but by the time 3 pm came we left and did not stay over due to my by then excruciating back problem and how I could have stayed in a hotel with it and getting the puppers out for widdies in the night etc...let alone stairs and also the car problem...the ride home for 3 hours again was like nothing with the pain and also the car still playing up and would we ever get back in it etc...Hard to stand for long and sit , without nerves all pinching so not at work at all this week and have to now rethink work at farm,Luckily Peter is off all week and gone for shopping now and more nights  for mr downstairs...I could not get into a car even now so will ring the chiropracter tomorrow for him to advise  on a few things before I can get to him...Nimby and Andrew loved the day out ...its just a shame it was not the extended break for them but at least we got back safe  and car to be looked at this week...we hope eveyone has a good weekend and stays safe,I will get back here later today  again...Thank you so much for Nimby's Birthday wishes and lovely to see Sandra back here Willies Mummy.Hugs and kisses Annie and Gang xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh Annie, bless your heart, I know all too well how painful back problems can be...And, riding in a car, being jostled with every bump sure doesn't help things. That's one of the problems I'm having with my knee. I'm favoring that leg and that flares my sciatica up some days. Heat and Aleve are the only things that help on those days and I hope you can find relief while you're waiting on the chiropractor visit. I agree, the strenuous work you're doing at the farm can't be good for you. I hope you can find something else that won't be so hard on your back. Till then, please try to take it easy and let your body heal. Nimby and Andrew's snuggles will help I'm sure! I'm keeping you in my prayers and hope that the car troubles are an inexpensive fix too!
Love, Deb, Emmie, and Angel Kelsie

Oh Annie what a bummer to be so much in pain with your back and on top of that that the car gave you and Peter troubles. Glad you made it home when you are not feeling well and in pain nothing is better than Home.

Will be praying for you and that you soon be on the mend.

Please take care!

Love, Yoka, Levi, Winter and Angel Moshe

Annie, I am so sorry that you are suffering like this.

You must talk to your employer, obviously some of the tasks that you are doing are doing you a lot of harm. Were you using a string type trimmer...? if so the posture needed is obviously effecting your back. I think you need to eliminate some of the jobs that are contributing to your back pain. If your employer doesn't understand that he is going to lose the best and hardest working person he could ever hope for if he doesn't change your task load, well, I have absolutely no sympathy for him....

You are also putting your future at risk, you don't want to be hobbling around with a cane (or worse) when you would rather be walking the puppers and enjoying outings with Peter and the 'kids'.

Please Annie, I know I sound like a nasty, bossy old mother hen, well the old part is right, but it really is time you thought about yourself and your future for a change. If you disable yourself and can't work, where will you be?? Perhaps it would be better to start looking for employment that will not effect your back this way.

And when you see the chiropracter, ask him for some stretches you can do to help strengthen your back. Maybe it would be a good idea to talk to him and describe the work you are doing, he might have insight into which tasks are the ones giving you back trouble.

Rant over........... for now ;)
Willie and I are sending lots of hugs and kisses to you Annie xoxox

Oh, and we do hope the car's problem is not expensive to fix... big hug for Peter too and belly rubs for Miss Nimby and Drew
