Have any of you USA folks ever attended Westminster? I'm planning on being there next month and I am so excited! I have wanted to do Westminster since I was a little kid.

Where will you stay? I can tell you where we stayed. Also, I can tell you about the judging building before the main show.

Hotel Pennsylvania, which is great because my train comes in at Penn Station. Not quite sure what I am going to do / when during the two days. Sharing a room with a Westminster competitor and have offered to help her out if she needs me. Will probably be spending a lot of the day at the Piers but don't know enough about this whole wonderful thing so anything you can tell me would be greatly appreciated. I know the Penn offers a free shuttle to the Piers which I plan on taking and I know there will also be time spent at events held at the Garden. It's all very new to me!

P.S. Bought my train tickets last night!!!

That will be a great adventure to go there Cheryl,I went to crufts 3 times over here and loved it...although I feared some of the dogs were not too happy with all the waiting  for their classes and being cooped up.....Hugs Annie and gang xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I showed there back once when it was still in the Garden.  So exciting to stand out on that floor and look up into the rows of actual spectators.  And be in the ring with the big boys.  Jimmy, the Affenpinscher.  The benching area was a little scary though, crammed in shoulder to shoulder, so many people.

I went there twice when it use to be In Madison Square Garden only.

Now it is broken up in the two terminals for ships.

I do not like the idea of having to go to different locations.

Great show it use to be a totally benched event but the handlers group all there clients dogs together.

They use to have a lot of giveaways and a great place to gain information and dog related goodies.

Love Riley and Allen
