Should they go for a walk wivoot me Vote for this post

My Question is this...some days after mummy has finished worky I do nots want to go for a likkle walk...I mean I zoom and go into the gardens and have my din dins and then Mummy says I look eager for a walkie  and she gets my harness on and coat if its cold but the like today..Oops and Bwuvver A ,well he luvs his walkies and barks wiv eggsitement..anyway I only got as far as aboot 50yards into the farm entrance and I do wot us terriers do...I stopped and wuds not go...I wanted to come back to the hoose but Mummy tried again and I still wuds not go so she let me back into the hoose...and Guess wot?..she wented for a lane walkie wiv Bwuvver A!...The nerve of it I do say!..Mummy says I do this quite often and  she considers 2 fings,1 is that I am getting olderer and 2 is that I go down the lanes and know wot they  are like...if its sumwhere new then I am more likely to go for walkie like we do at weekends and she says Bwuvver A is younger and he still loves his walkies and cannot not have them just as I used to go when Suckie sis did not want to go because of her bad back...Do yoo weckon this is fair on likkle old me?...Mummy just does the lane walkies after work  usually cos we go to diffewent walkies in the motor car at the weekends..she did say I cuds have gone in the doggie carty but the tractors were all along the lanes twansporting Yukkie Slurry to the fields and it not safe for  getting the carty into the side if one tried to pass us......Has any other members got a slightly elderly  likkle one like me and a younger thugalike Bwuvver A!...its easy when mummy and Daddy are bofe together cos I cans rest and potter wiv mummy and Bwuvver A can go wiv daddy up front...Hugs fwom Curious NimbySue and  Funny Bwuvver A. xxxxxxxxxxx

Well fiddle dee dee bestest friend Nimby Sue, I thinks you is lookin at dis all wrong! I is jus a young whipper snapper my Daddy says but der are times I just dons feel like takin a walk--I would much rather lounge around the house an watch out da window!  Jus think, while Bwuvver A are sloggin through the mud (an who knows what else!) you can hab your choice a every comfy chair in da house!! Mommy says I jus wait till she gets up off the couch ta steal her nice warm spot! I do consider it my right ta hab da bestest seat in da house an as a prim an proper liddle girlie, I specks you do too! Enjoy all the comforts a home while Bwuvver A burns off some of his energy! Maybe he'll start treatin you like da Queen Bee you is! (We can only hope!!)
Lub you all lots an lots, bestest friend Emmie Sue

Your mommy should just try and when you do not want to walk far just bring you back and continue with brother A.

At least you went for a little walk and got to be with your mommy and brother.

Love Riley

My first Westie Tasha acted like this, I later found out walking made her hurt.
Maybe watch her real close and see if she starts to walk different before she sits down.
I would notice a different walk in Tasha.
Now Tillie has me worried as she gained weight and now we (the bad guys for not watching how much we fed her ) have to put her on a diet.
Take care
Eve
