Allen, they seem to love their visits to Bunnings Hardware very few places here allow dogs and this place is one that does. I take them every few weeks for a visit, today they weren't so keen to sit in the trolley we just called in on the way home from grooming.

These girls steal my heart. Wow don't they look just gorgeous!!! And very perky faced in the cart. Looking just beautiful after their grooming Diana.

Sandra, to be honest they just wanted to get out, we stopped on the way home from grooming as I wanted carpet cleaner, weed killer and some fake turf tiles, they join together to make what looks like a mat great for outdoors on the concrete. Although after we got home and I fed them they didn't make a peep all night must have been tired.

They do look like they enjoy the cart ride. Those turf tiles sound nice, I'll look for some here. I could use something like that here.After I would do Grooming's with my Maddie and take lessons with the breeders pups our 2 1/2 hour car trip home would just leave my girls exhausted. The next day she perked right up .

Thanks Annie, I think the groomer must have perfumed this time (usually pretty good and doesn't do it) must remind her not to when I drop them off next time, I have allergies and it really sets them off and Izzy was going for her paws last night, thankfully I had some Apoquel to calm both girls down a little, Matilda has dermatitis in some of her pads so she was giving it a go. She is wearing the COS today.

Oh my, the girls are just adorable and love how they enjoy their outings! I so wish there were places around here that allowed pets...I have a friend who raises seeing eye puppies and even she has a hard time finding places that will allow a dog in training to visit. Deb, not many places allow pets here in Australia, we are way behind compared to other countries. I've found Bunnings (Hardware stores) and the local pot and garden centre allow them but that's about it, some outside cafes but my 2 really don't like sitting on the ground. I once took a mat for Kelsi but she didn't want to sit on the ground. LOL

Such beautiful Westies!
We used to bathe and groom both Penny and Katy at home. Katy was much more patient than Penny in the sink, who took every opportunity to frequently shake and drench me!
Emmy is great in the sink and VERY well behaved, but I've never been able to trim her nails so she visits a local groomer every 3-4 months.

Thanks Mark. My girls go every 8-10 weeks I prefer 8 weeks less work for me. Apparently on Saturday Izabella hated the hydrobath and neither wanted their nails cut. I used the Dremel yesterday not a huge fan of it but we get there. Izabella was treated roughly by a groomer back in 2017 it left a negative impression on her. She had always been good about her nails but they went to a new groomer who told me when I picked her up that it took 4 people to hold her to do her nails. So I am guessing they held her down so ever since then it's been a struggle. I was pretty angry at the time as she was very stressed out when I picked her up they even got shampoo in her eye.
