What a Day.....
Der I was, takin a liddle siesta when Daddy says "Time ta Go Emmie!" Well, I figured we was goin fer a walk, but no, into da car we goes----to da VET LADY!!! Oh, what a humiliatin experience dat was! Thermometer stuck up my back side, bloodwork, an TWO shots!! TWO, mind you!!!! Den, when I figured things couldn't get any worse, da puts me on da scale an da VET LADY started laughin an callin me a "Chunky Monkey"!! Really, 22 pounds are not dat much, an I still say Daddy had his finger on da scale when she weighed me....I jus hope Mommy dons decide ta cut my tweet numbers... What's a girl suppose ta do???It are winter an my walkies are cut cause a da mud (or snow dependin on da day!) I is ready ta pack my bags an see if Rookie has learned ta fly da Westie Jet (surely Roo left some instructions!!!). sos I can go lib wif my Drew Boy an bestest friend Bibs till dis all dies down....

Oooh Bwestest Fwend and Drews gal...How dare yoo be called a Chunky Monkey!!!...well we neber wuds have sed that....we know wot its like wiv all that mud and wet and the walkies are less in the winter and cos the moonings are dark and the nighties are dark early...Oh we gots to console owrsels wiv a bit more of a tweet of corse we do!...I means only yesterday night mummy and daddy hads beefy and roast spudders and Guess wot?...after mummy had her pudding she then went into the kitchen to wash up...and we sawed her....eating sum more spudders!!I mean Emmie..we gets owr Din Dins and wot do they say when we look for more later on....No No No Drew and Bibs ...you bofe had yor dins!!..Drew says yoo are his perfect gal and the twue figure of a Gwand West Highland Pwincess so do not wurries and gwab a tweet when yoo can we say.We beens playing today I lov to play catchie ball in the hoose and even Drew was playing on the floor wiv us..he wos playing catchie wiv his hedgeyhogs..he cannot jump as high as me but he vewy funny and blobby Ha Ha ...we gots wind and rain in a storm cwossing over us so we stay snug by the logburner tonight....Big Huggies and Smoochies fwom Your Drew Bibs and Nimby wiv her wings xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh no no...We seen your precious Christmas picture and there is no way you are a Chunky Monkey Miss Emmie Sue. Grady too was putting on a pound or two even though we get him out snow rain or shine. The kibble treat ball is giving him more exercise and his meal at the same time seems to be helping.
