I ran into an open gate
Mummy hads to worky this mooning but she tooked me and Drewboy for a likkle local walkie in the motor car and then this afternoon she hads to get sumfing from the booktown so I went wiv her cos Drew wuds not do the distance ..so he watches tv while we gone but she also tooked me down the weeny streets and roads and because I am zoomy zoomy and always gots my nose to the ground thar was a likkle gate opened a bit onto the likkle lane and I bashered into it..I yelped cos I banged my body onit...Mummy soothed me and sed...Now Bibs do look where you are going and not always looking on the ground...Look ahead she seds...and then I gots anuvver mousey in a hedgerow but mummy seds it wos a likkle golden one agains!...still vermin I do say mummy and I nots got time to notice the colour!!..Daddy back tomowwow nighty so we go for walkies all togevver at the weekend...Wots everyone up to this weekend?...we gots colder but at least dwy wevver here...Huggies and kissies to everybod and Smoochies to my Master Gwaaady and Bestest Emmie and Drew sends Big Sloppy kissies to his gal Emmie also...Bibs and Drew xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oh bestest, how is you suppose ta see a gate when you is zeroed in on da scent of some vermin! I hopes you is feelin better an not gots any sore spots! At least you was able to dispatch a mousie sos da day weren't a loss! We gots warm weader today but tamorrow brings rain and temps in da 50's. Oh my sweet Miss Biba...that must of hurt bumping into the gate. Hope you are doing ok. I'm sure you have been enjoying your mouse hunting but keep an eye out for the obstacles while on your hunt.  It's getting colder here at night but still enjoying warm walks in the afternoons. Mom and Dad are working in the garden planting tulips I hear. Also heard Mom mention a bath is coming for ME. I protest ....I don't need one...thank you!
