Land of the GIANTS Vote for this post

Grady not yet 2 years old has only responded to noises from the TV. I'd find him rattled by the sounds of loud footsteps, honking cars, door knocking and door bells. Some times quickly grabbing the remote to MUTE before his panic button switches ON to full tilt and the bark-fest zoom run from windows to doors in the house start.
In the last two weeks he is in tune to the visuals. If he see a dog, rodent or horse he'll spring into action doing high jumps to peck the TV screen.
Does your terrier like to watch TV or do they fall into the sleeping couch potato category.

Hugs Sandra & Master Grady...mouse hunter wannabe

Emmie isn't into the actual pictures on TV but she does respond to certain sounds. When we all sack out for the evening, she lands on the couch, one of her toys as her pillow. When certain jingles, songs come on, her ears perk up but after awhile, we look over and she's sound asleep! I guess that tells you the quality of TV that's available today! LOL

Dear little guy. Izabella doesn't react to anything on screen or tv, Matilda if it is a dog barking she will bark and run around the room trying to find it I do try and skip or mute parts if I know the upcoming scene has a dog in it.

Presley, doesn't pay any attention to sounds on the Tv, however, he will bark if he is on the back of the sofa and looking out the window,, I guess he is telling them to get off his property.  my first westie buster, would react to door bells ringing on the tv, he would run to the front door and bark, Mac, my cairn would run up to the TV and bark and bark at it.

sandi and presley, buster and robin at the bridge

Rocco knows music in commercials with animals and will run up to tv to bark at the animals.  He's done that since he was a pup and is now 10.  Finn looks at him like he's crazy lol
