Life getting back to normal Vote for this post

Life is getting back to normal for us after our break..I got Peters car back from the garage today after having a new steering lock sensor fitted £££..Oh technology today and everything having to be re programmed in!...I am pleased my older car has a key and normal handbrake  etc...I am back at work and Biba and Andrew back into their routine so to speak..Andrew loves going away and was really good on his legs and Jolly..he has been on several trips with us with Nimby  in the past...Biba was a bit sullen at times but also I think it was her first time away to a strange place and coupled with she was on the go so to speak all day with us  where as usually when I am at work  for a few hours she is able to have a snooze during the day...she is back to normal now but still in hunting mode..we have baby bunnies come into the garden but luckily not seen them and they have an escape route!! a local man had told me today that he had seen a wild boar in the woods so I will keep you updated on that...Biba and I have not seen one but an odd time she has smelled something and refused to go a certain way so I have walked back with her...luckily its just a small area at the back of us here so I will walk her there with Peter with us ..the only other thing she could have smelled was badger or deer ...fox smell Biba loves!..and the poop!!!LOL...Stiggie is back with us from the cattery and loved being home, our weather is a bit changeable with heavy showers and then some sunshine..but hope it warms up a little soon..They both love to lay out in it...dog thefts continue to go on in UK  but I am always with them in garden and have a lock on the gate...Biba barks and zooms like mad if anyone even walks past the gate or behind the lane hedge....we hope you are all doing well..it was nice to see John post again and also Jill..our thoughts are still with Louise  and Judah after Caesar left.....Hugs to you both and love and kisses to all.

So glad you're all getting back into your routines. That car repair sounds very expensive. Like you, I'm glad my car has a key. These fancy add ons are alright as long as they work but cost lots of money to fix if something goes haywire! We've had nice cool spring weather with days of rain then days of sun. I could take all summer like this but I know the heat will come eventually but I'm NOT looking forward to heat and humidity--especially since we're still wearing masks when we go to the store. Wild Boar sounds very dangerous. Glad Biba is steering clear instead of exploring a new scent! Take care and enjoy being back home.....there's no place like home!
Love to you all, Deb, Emmie, and Angel Kelsie

Cars sure can be expensive when something goes awry. Good to hear things are settling down a bit more. Wow a wild boar. Although we did see a rather large Kangaroo hopping down our sealed road (we aren't even rural) the other week luckily no cars came up the road.

Forgot to say regarding dog thefts I had to make the decision a year or so ago to keep my girls inside while I am at work due to issues with the temporary neighbour and the council so after installing CCTV etc I am relatively confident they are safe. I installed a marvelous Porch Potty in the garage for them to use.
