stormy night
hi, its me Presley, I can tell that it is going to be a stormy, mom keeps taking tings to the basement, (pictures, chargers etc.) she is very afraid of storms, I try to comfort her, I guess we will probably sleep in the basement tonight. I don't like to go down there, I have trouble with the stairs, mom helps me go down slow, but I sometimes refuse to. I know that she is afraid to leave me up stairs, (what is a fellow to do).
please keep us in thoughts and prayers, that we don't get those storms.

Oh Presley, you gots ta be brave an comfort your Mom when der are a storm comin. Mommy dons like dem eider an we is getting thunderstorms today...no hail or wind...YET! My liddle tomcat, Minkus, he are hidin under da bed...such a fraidy cat! You stay safe an let your Mom help you down da steps. (I sneak down dem ebery cnance I gets, but dats jus me....) Mom just said that their is a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 in the morning, now I know I will be in the basement, I am trying to comfort mom, but she is really nervous.
mom here, I don't know how come I am so scared of storms, but I am. and Presley, can sense when I am nervous, he does his best to calm me down. Bless his little heart.

Sandi, I don't blame you for being afraid of storms. When I was little, lightning hit a big maple tree right outside my bedroom window and it caught fire. It was a scary night and it's stayed with me all these years. I still get upset when there's sharp lightning near by during a storm. It's better to be safe than sorry so if going to the basement with Presley makes you feel better, so be it. We had lots of lighting and thunder.
It also rained very heavily.
Riley woofed once and then slept like a log.

Presley you snuggle up to your mom and it will make both of you feel better. Storms can be scary and we know how you worry cause we get bad winds and thunderstorms this week too.Hope your storm passes through without damage and you'll soon be back to calmer weather soon.
