Caesar's health.
I lost Cooper 2 years ago next month, he was 14.5 years old. When Cooper was 4 I adopted Caesar, a puppy mill rescue. He was also 4 and the two of them became best buds.
Caesar is going to be 16 soon, I can't believe it. He sees, he hears, stairs are a bit of an issue but he is still doing well. From the sad puppy mill dog, to the most gentle and loving guy ever, his transformation has been amazing to witness.
I use a mobile groomer as Caesar does stress when I am not around. The groomer has fallen in love with him, telling me he is an angel and the best behaved dog she has ever groomed.
How I got lucky enough to have the best two boys in the world is beyond me. From a newbie with Cooper to today, I want to thank everyone here for all the advice given over the years.
I do not post much but I do check in on "the club". Without all of you, I would not have stood a chance in raising them! Thank you.

Re: Caesar's health.
David, you have truly been blessed and the same goes for Cooper and Caesar. When there is love in a home, everyone thrives. To have two wonderful dogs share your life is a gift from God. My husband and I too have been blessed with three wonderful Westies over the years...Jaimie (the dog of my heart), Kelsie, and now Emmie. All three with distinct personalities and one thing in common...unconditional love. All of us here at TC are so lucky to have these little terriers in our lives. Life is good.Love, Deb, Emmie, and Angel Kelsie

Re: Caesar's health.
David so good to see you post. You were very luck to have two sweet little guys. Am so glad that Caesar is doing well.
Presley is 12 and doing well, he has trouble seeing and hearing, but that doesn't stop him from being a true westie.
All three of my little westies from rescue, Robin was in a mill until she was 4 years old. but all three have been the best and sweetest dogs I have ever had, buster was the kind of dog you dream about and will always hold a very spot in my heart.
robin had were own little personality, she was a very scared little girl when I adopted her, but she became a therapy do g like her two brothers. Both Buster and Robin will always be in my heart.
take care
god bless
sandi and presley, buster and robin at the bridge

Re: Caesar's health.
So good to hear he is doing so well David. Amazing what a lot of love and care can do especially for a puppy mill dog, my first girl Kelsi was one too but luckily was only just born there and I adopted her @ 9 weeks.
