Mummy says I am sooo defiant
Mummy says I am sooo defiant..she says none of her uvver Cairns were like me ..well Old Bwuvver Eric had his own mind but he was a bit of a loner and did his own fing and amused himself...but me!! she says I lay doown and if daddy or her want to walk past me on the carpet I will not move at all and I will not even move if I am in a place on the carpet when mummy is hoovering...Mummy can put the hoover nozzle on me ...oh Yep..and I still will not budge..sometimes I sit on the stairs and will not come when called...Oh no I not doing that if I do not want to...when I go to beddie at night well...every time mummy comes in to get into beddie I am laying where her footies go...she says for nearly 2 years she has to put me on the uvver side wiv Drewboy...I dont care I still go her side...if I hear a twactor and twailor go doown the lane I zoom like mad along the hall and fly onto the beddie and up into the window seat yapping like mad...Mummy and Daddy tell me not to ..but I still do it...I pull and pull on my lead sometimes when I hunting and if I am off my lead in the walled garden digging for moles mummy has to come get me wiv my collar and lead and I refuse to budge even if she twies to pull me,Stubborn likkle monkey I gets called...I am just my own likkle cairn gal and I knows my own mind so thats the way it is I says to mummy....and then in the cosy nights I lay on my back in mummys arms on the sofa and she stwokes my tummy...Yaaaay I cans be a calm gal....I am in daddys chair now and I made him sit sumwhere else...well really he choosed to sit on the sofa cos he sais he dids not want to disturb me....Mummy says I am a real good gal though cos I never gwowl or get nasty if I am made to move...any one else like me oot thar...Tewwiers unite I say...I bet my Master Gwaaady and Bestest fwend Emmie Sue understand me...Mummy says Elliekins was a tomboy but a gentle one...not sure wot she means by that...she weckons having a Swedish Daddy has made me a tomboy huntress..thats why Daddy gots me a volvo motor car he seds!!Huggies and kissies Bibsy and bro Drew. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Exactly! I thought "stubborn" was every Cairn's middle name. You are a Cairn Princess and will one day be a Cairn Queen. You are the boss of the household and master of all you survey, just as it should me. I remember Ellie and Nimby knew their own minds. Tell Mummy it's your house and you graciously allow Mummy and Daddy and Drew to live there with you. It's your yard, your street, your neighborhood and all about YOU YOU YOU! Mischief was like that. I miss her very, very much! If Mummy and Daddy don't treat you right, find that big silver bird in the sky (has anyone taken over the Westie Express?) and come to stay with me. My Daddy is a sucker and he'll love you and spoil you as you should be.

Oh my stars, I nots think it are a Cairn thing, I thinks it are a Tewwier Thingie! We could be twins I do say, Bestest! I do all da same things you do an if I dons wanta move, I dons, an guess what? Mommy calls me a liddle mule!! Of all da insults, jus because I nots want ta go where her wants me ta go. Oh, an if Mommy or Daddy calls me an I busy watchin out da front door, barkin at someone walkin by da house, I ignores dem, yes indeedy, I not movin till I good an ready! AND, as soon as Mommy gets off her spot on da couch, zoom, I gots it an her has ta make me move when her ready to sit back down! Yes indeedy, we is twins in so many ways! Miss Biba you is one determined little Swedish Cairn I say. Even I can't take that spooky vacuum coming close to me without a zoom fest . Us cairns have to let those folks know we are the Master of the house and we come first....unless they have a treat to change our mind.winksAs you can see I am always alert for fun and games.We cairns never have a dull moment...sending you snuggles and kisses my lady...xoxox Your Master Grady xoxox
