Had to take Judah to ER last Tuesday
Sorry I have not posted lately. My poor Judah has had more issues. Last Tuesday morning when we got up Judah did not want to eat his breakfast. I knew something was not right. He proceeded to go into my spare bedroom and started to vomit. He has had some issues with early morning vomiting of green bile but had not done any in 2 days. I thought I had it under control. Well I was wrong he vomited large amounts of bile & mucus. This continued for almost an hour. The poor boy was miserable. His belly was firm and tender. I packed him up and drove to Blue Pearl Veterinary Specialty Center & Emergency Room in Tampa. They were wonderful and took very good care of him. They gave him fluids & medication to help the nausea & vomiting. They did labs, X-Rays and an abdominal ultrasound with liver biopsies. The labs very unchanged from what my vet did a few weeks ago. The X-Rays did not show any tumors. His liver enzymes have been very elevated so I was very happy they were able to do the ultrasound with FNA biopsy. The emergency Vet sent him home with an antibiotic and the nausea medicine. Don't have biopsy results yet. I have an appointment with Vet Internist for Dec. 27th. Made that appointment a month ago for liver & stomach issues. Judah is doing better now. No more vomiting. They took excellent care of him. After all the fustration I had trying to get him into the University of Florida (my Vet wanted me to take him there) I was glad I went to Blue Pearl. Will let you know what happens! Oh Louise, so sorry poor little Judah is still having problems. It sounds look you have a wonderful new vet, who really cares about him. Hope you get good test results.
will be keeping the little man in thoughts and prayers.

Thank you so much Louise for updating us on Judah and we are so pleased and for Judah and you that he is doing better and Blue Pearl vets looked after him so well and no more vomiting,we are keeping him in our prayers and positive thoughts and for good results and on the 27th also.please know we are thinking of you and give Judah a Big Kiss from us here.Hugs for you both Annie Biba and Andrew xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Louise it's good to see your post and with some good news that Judah is doing better after the Vet appointment. Poor sweet baby having so much stomach upset...what a worry!! It's a relief to hear no tumors found. Hope the meds are helping. I'll keep sending positive thoughts and prayers for Judahs Biopsy results.Feel better dear Judah
