thank you all for your kind thoughts yesterday on Presley's passing.  it was a hard decision and hard night.  B7ut I know that I did what was right for him.  He is in a better place now and with buster and robin.

I probably should have done it sooner but didn't the vet said the cancer ad spread and that is why there was blood in his urine, he wasn't going to get any better and I understand that.  but it was still hard, I really miss him.

I was  cleaning and found one of his favorite toys under the bed.  He hid it there so that Ollie wouldn't find it.  the tears started again,  I am going to put it with some of his  things , like collar and leash .

Oliie has been so good, I think he knows that I am very sad and wants to be with me all the time.  I am so glad that I have him.

thank you all again.  you guys are the best,
god bless

Sandi, so many of us have had to make that sad decision at one time or another. It was so difficult to send Kelsie to RB but she left us know that it was time. Her vet was so helpful and even came to the house so we wouldn't have to upset her even more by making a last car ride...Like Presley, she had favorite toys that we kept with her blanket, collar and other momentos. After all this time, a memory will pop up and the tears come. When they leave us, they take a bit of our hearts with them and I know that someday, we'll all be reunited with our furbabies and till that time comes, we go on and cherish those special memories. I'm sure Ollie is confused but wants to help you through this sad time. Maybe some day you'll even think about getting a new playmate for him but till then, the two of you can lean on each other as you grieve and take one day at a time. Remember, we're here for you if you need us. Take care and give Ollie a big hug from Emmie and me.
Love, Deb, Emmie, and Angel Kelsie

Sandi,You are so welcome and I have been thinking of you,its so very hard and sad when we have to let one of our Puppers go and always in the past I have kept various toys and collars and still have them as well as locks of hair..its what helps me get through, the tears come at unexpected moments and even can happen months years down the line...I always say if we shed no tears or grieved it meant we never loved..I am happy to shed the tears.Ollie will understand and I am so plkeased you have him to help you through your loss.
please know you are in my heart.
Hugs and kisses for Olllie also.
