do any of you order food or other items from Chewy. I have ordered from them for several years. I had sent in an order and told them the Presley had passed and to add Ollies name to the list. will today I received a beautiful vase of flowers from them. I has shocked. It was so nice of the, them.
I quess it says a lot of a company.
when I can figured out how to post photos I will send one of the flowers.
I also got Presley's ashes back today along with a lovey poem and a mold of his feet.

Ah Sandi, what a lovely gesture from Chewy! Like you, we've been ordering off of them for years, even more so since COVID when some of the food and treats wasn't available in our stores. I've never been disappointed in them and recently started getting meds and flea treatments (for the kitties) from their pharmacy. I'm sure this was an especially sad day with getting Presley's ashes back but now you can rest a bit better knowing that they're home with you. How sweet it was for the company to send flowers to you Sandi. I have used Chewy for years.Also very nice of the Vets to send the paw mold and poem upon receiving Presleys ashes. Hugs Sandra & Gradyxox

A lovely gesture. I found with all my girls until their ashes came home that I felt very unsettled. Our vet sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers after Matilda passed it was a lovely surprise.
