Sneeker Peeker on Patrol Vote for this post

We have a big dog that lives behind us that barks and jumps at our dividing fence. Two times it has broken and chewed boards down...a real worry. So I have to be very careful and watch that I don't have Grady out when that dog is in the yard. I have even set up a barrier to Protect Grady from being anywhere close to the fence. Also got a secondary 6 foot tall fence install 2 years ago along the dividing one. It's been a real challenge keeping Grady from having battle barks with the other dog over the last 4 years. This year Grady has learned to behave well with just two barks and goes to do his business.Inside the house Grady will do the warrior dance, circling and give some high pitch alarms letting us know the neighbor dog is out. Even inside Grady keeps his ears in tune making sure that Dog hasn't gotten into his yard. He'll do the Sneeker Peeker looking out the window very quietly 🤫

Grady, how scary to how a big dog next to you.  I really don't like big dogs, it seems so many people don't train them.  It is such a worry.  you watch out Grady and stay away from that dog.

Oh my, that would be worrisome...So glad that Grady has learned to not engage the bigger dog! I just watched a video where a tiny terrier tried to chase away a rather large black bear. That is my greatest fear...that we will inadvertently come upon a bear when we're outside. I know that Emmie would go ballistic and not back down...
