Update on us all
Hello Dear friends here and first of all I want to Thank you all who posted on the loss of Darling husband Peter and Bibs and Drews daddy.its been so hard this last fortnight..even sometimes feeling I was about to join him...the nights are worse in the dark.it was only yesterday the post mortem was done and it was heart failure..they said he would not have suffered..the only positive to come out of it all and also the fact he was at home..it could have been a lot worse had he been driving the lorry or car...we miss him so much and the proceedings will have to get sorted next week but I cannot do anything till I get the certificate I think on Monday.lots of financial downsides will take effect and I will not be able to afford to live here but one way or another my duty is to look after Bibsy and Drew...they are looking for Peter which is heartbreaking again....Peter loved the birds and often in jovial ways I always said if anything ever happened we must give each other a sign when we had passed...a Swift was in the house one morning this week...maybe ..just maybe..we are all sleeping in the bed that Daddy was in...I had to face that and wanted to do it to be closer and try and understand and talk to him. I have just today eaten slightly more which is good as will not end up looking like a stick insect,trying to keep it together more now but sure so many of you have been there..and been isolated as we are here...I worry that anything like that happened to me ..about the doggies nobody comes so one of my sisters rings in the morning or I et her know I am up and OK. It is so reassuring and steadying to know I can come here to this wonderful club for support..we have all been through lots together and had the power of TC to help us and I will continue to get here daily albeit in the evenings...it could not have been busier for me with the holiday cottages I look after and nobody else to help though.The owners are coming over next week so maybe I can find out more regarding our future...well its beddie time for the wee monkeys so out for widdies and bedtime treat and then cuddles and will be back tomorrow here. So glad to hear your sister can check in with you daily and that you are eating even just a little. Try not to worry too much about the changes that may take place take it one day at a time. Look after yourself and those 2 little doggies.We are thinking of you.

Oh Annie, your post has me in tears as I can only imagine how heartbreaking it is for you and Bibs and Drew. I am so sorry that you won't be able to stay in your lovely cottage but know that you will do your best to find something that the three of you can make into a cozy home. I am also heartened to read that your sister is checking in daily to make sure you are all OK. Take care of yourself and we will keep you in our prayers and hope that your employers realize what a gem they have with you working for them! Hopefully, they will see fit to help you with living arrangements and such. Take care and continue to let us know how you and Bibs and Drew are doing. We love you and are here when you get the time to post. Like you, I believe that the Swift was a sign from Peter. I'm sure he is watching over all of you. Annie so glad to hear from how heartbreaking for you drew and bibs. Hopefully you can find a nice place to stay that you can make into a home for the 3 of you. Goodthat your sister is checking on you. You need to take care of yourself. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are here for you

So good to see your post Annie. Thank you for letting us know how you and sweet Biba and Drew are doing. Few events in our lifetime can be as painful and shattering as lossing a husband ,one we share our life with that we depend on. Praying for you Annie. For healing as you grieve Peter and strength in the days ahead.I hope the employer is going to be generous with time as you sort out what to plan on in the days ahead. A sweet moment about the swift and Peter. Could have been a sign maybe just as promised. I hope it brought peace for you Annie a loving sign.
