Surgery today for Grady
I just dropped off Grady this morning to the Vets office. He'll be having a cyst removed on his tail and a dental cleaning. I always get a little worried when he goes in for surgery. I'll come back later with an update on how all went.
Please send good wishes and prayers for Grady Hugs Sandra & Master Grady

Re: Surgery today for Grady-Went well
Deb and Sandi thank you for your prayers and kind comments. Master Grady was very groggy when we went to pick him up about an hour ago. I gave him a light meal of scramble egg. He just wants to rest and what a day. The Vet got the cyst removed. We go back to the Vets on Thursday for a clean bandage reapply plus check on the stitches. They will come out in 2 weeks. He has to wear the Head Cone for a while as he cannot chew on the area. Grady's got meds for pain and inflammation. Plus antibiotic. His teeth cleaning went great so all that brushing has done well. His teeth look great! Plus he got a nail trim as well. Here's a picture I took of Grady after he had his light dinner. We'll try and post again after his stitch removable next month.
Hugs Sandra & Master Gradyxox

Re: Surgery today for Grady
Hi Grady, I just stopped in for a quick lookie and I am glad your surgery went well. My boys always hated those stiff lamp shades, so I got a soft one for them. They are big enough around that you cant get your head to chew on anything but comfy for sleeping. Ask your mom to look for one for you.
sending hugs and love to your mom and smooches for you as you are just so darn cute!! xoxox

Re: Surgery today for Grady
Hi Theo- so nice to see your message! Thank you for the thought about the soft collar. I will look into it and see what's out there. May be good to have another option for comfort.
