The Cairn Rescue League needs a foster home for Sparky, an approximately 10-11 year old cairn picked up as a stray about a month ago.  He’s been at an animal hospital that serves as the local dog pound ever since and is running out of time.  He seems healthy other than a skin issue (he's missing patches of fur on his back) and has a good energy level.  They say he is an absolute sweetheart who does well with other dogs and is very friendly with people.  Sparky will be neutered and completely vetted before going to his foster home.  I'll be going to look at him on Monday to make sure he's a cairn.  Sparky is located in MA but can be transported a reasonable distance.  Please let me know if you can help.
