Busy week - Col Potter Status 10-11-03
What a busy week in Colonel Potter Rescue Land! Thankfully 3 little ones are now adopted, however, we still have 44 dogs to find homes for!! Here's the stats:

Wesley Wilson [MD] to [DE](Corinne here - My baby is GONE.. but he now has a wonderful family including Scout the Scottie.)

Magnum - OH - snuggly,playful 8 yr old
Patty - KS - a cuddly 12 yr old
Rory - VA (adoption fell through) 9 yrs - a sweet persistant little guy - please give him a look!
Sebastian - SC -~8 yr olda sweetheart who just LOVES to be brushed
Teddy Bear - WA 14 yrs - He is a great dog companion - can teach younger dogs manners. Get your little one a role model!
NOT YET ON WEBSITE:
Ainsley - Female SS (shelter stray) - was abused and needed medical assistance. At one of our top foster homes.
Cagney - Male PM (puppy mill) - being vetted (we have all pm dogs in vets isolation for 2 wks to make sure our foster homes dogs dont get sick)
Carnie - 4 yo F PM (She's so sweet and wants terribly to be cared for)
Cheyenne - Iowa PM - L'il Indian - being vetted
Chi Chi - 7 yo M SS
Connie - 10 yo OS (owner surrender)
Dakota - Iowa PM - L'il Indian- being vetted
Davey - 8 yo SS - Shelter stray in bad health - He is being cared for now by vets, and he has major ear problems as well as skin problems. His skin is improving under care but he has a long way to go to be adoptable.
Geronimo - Iowa PM - L'il Indian- being vetted
Lacey - Female PM- being vetted
Lizzie - Female OS - thought the pomeranian was lunch.. my kinda girl
Molly - 12 yo OS -Molly melts your heart. She really is that sweet, and though she is a bit hand-shy, she has the most trusting eyes
Nora - 1 yo F SS
Sedona - Iowa PM - L'il Indian- being vetted
Sir Gavin - 7 yo SS -A beautiful red wheaten, but HUGE!!
Tansy - 5 yo SS
Vee Zee - 11 mo Male OS -very playfull and gets along with everyone.

Cole isnt with us.. we list some smaller rescues cairns on our board as a courtesy.
Our weekly status only includes Col Potter dogs

These updates are wonderful. It is so heartwarming to see them get good loving homes but sad that more keep coming in. If I could, I would try for more but three is the limit. As it is, I need one more arm to pet all three at the same time, which is what they want most of the time.
