Westie in Pasadena at Humane Society
Hi everyone! I'm a new boardee who is still in the process of joining (now foster Mommy to a Westie)...but I wanted to ask in advance of joining if anyone has seen or heard info on the Westie at the Pasadena Humane Society - www.phsspca.org A152839. I noticed he is already on Petfinder.com which lists him being there since Dec 6th.
Wondering if someone picked him up already or if he is still there???
I worry so about these little ones :-(

I wouldn't worry to much about him if he is at the Humane Society. Most of them are no kill shelters. I will email them and see what I can find out about him.

Thanks for the posts. I just found out through my Rescue group leader that someone is going to go pick him up. Yes, thanks for the reminder about him being at the Humane society. That is quite a relief!

Marianne - didn't hear specifically that the owner was picking him up - did hear that by the time my rescue group got there he was already on adoption hold - first come first serve there (could be the owner). If I hear anymore information on this cutie I'll post here. I think this little guy had people lining up to get him...that makes me smile.

I'm honored to be a part of a rescue group. I wanted to do something for this breed that has given me so much joy.
There are so many good dogs out there!!! They just need patience and love and it is hard for me to see people give them up or neglect them.
I'm new to this rescue but enjoy it already....plus it brought my wonderful Pepito to me.

Marianne - Kudos!!! to you being part of a rescue here in CAL!!!!! I hope our paths cross at some point. Are you by chance going to the annual meeting for WHWTCA this SAT in Pasadena?
I'll let you know what else I find out about him...it is heavy on my heart to follow this one.
